to Green Energy

When considering establishing a charge station for Bridgetown utilising 100% green energy was an objective from the very beginning.

In order to achieve this we sought to provide local renewable power from solar panels on our building as much as possible whilst also purchasing green power from Western Power for the balance of electricity required.

The system we chose needed to be one that works without question. It also must have an after-care service system to match. We selected Green Wave Solar www.greenwavesolar.com.au  as they had exactly what was required for our commercial sized system.

Our system produces 39.6 kW and 55,453 kWh annually with a system efficiency of 87%. Whilst this sounds a lot our PV can only produce a fraction of the energy required and therefore, we purchase Green Power from Synergy for the balance needed. Our purchase of Green Power supports the power generators shift to renewables.

Western Power’s wind farms already generate enough energy to power 144,000 WA homes and our ADS Tec Battery means we can power the charge station off a standard electrical connection. We can regulate our power usage to avoid peak usage times between  3pm and 9pm and charge our solutions batteries from any excess solar generation to use in peak periods.

When you charge with us your power is as green as we can get it.
